An end-to-end redesign

JustGiving, One Checkout

JustGiving's checkout hadn't kept pace with the business: dated, not mobile-friendly, and rejecting 6% of mobile donations. With 29,000 people donating daily across a platform that had raised over $4bn for 15,000 charities, fixing the funnel had real revenue upside. I led the redesign of a single, responsive checkout system used across every JustGiving product.

JustGiving, One Checkout

One flexible system

A modular, responsive checkout built to flex across JustGiving's products, support A/B testing, and make it obvious exactly where a donor dropped off.

The layered, modular checkout system

Every card, every market

New markets meant new payment types. Adding and removing cards needed to feel effortless on mobile.

Prototyping the choreography

Framer let me hand engineering working interaction detail instead of a written spec. It saved the front-end team hours on every build.
